1. This machine is applicable to thermoforming various kinds of carbon fiber products such as golf club, hockey stick, tennis racket, and bicycle fittings.
2. The blowing system of this machine adopts the reliable imported pressure regulating valve and magnetic valve, and the blowing frequency can be customized at client’s request.
3. The oil circuit system of each station is controlled independently and does not affect the platform operation, ensuring a smooth production process.
4. The exhaust time of the warm-up forming at each station can be set flexibly according to the mould size, achieving high production flexibility.
5.Due to the direct pressure design of the hydro-cylinder die, this machine is compatible with dies of different thickness.

Note

The parameters of all items can be customized according to client’s requirements, such as the working area, layer gap, and mould clamping force.

Heating method

It is custom-made with choices of electric heating, coal oil heating and steam heating.

Electric control system

Adopt the touch-screen and PLC processor either to adjust parameters conveniently or to set up the motion flow swiftly.
